Governance-oriented organisational psychology, workforce strategy, and organisational wellbeing

Dr Sean Lee is a governance-oriented organisational psychologist and strategic advisor with experience spanning higher education leadership, organisational consulting, workforce strategy, and workplace wellbeing.

He is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Global Alliance Consultancy Group (GACG), where he advises organisations on organisational effectiveness, employee wellbeing, leadership development, and workforce strategy through evidence-based psychological science and applied organisational practice.

Prior to founding GACG, Dr Lee held academic leadership appointments across institutions including Singapore Management University (SMU), James Cook University Singapore (JCU), and Newcastle Australia Institute of Higher Education (Singapore), where he served as Head of Private Education Institute (PEI), Programme Coordinator, and Senior Lecturer.

His broader governance and advisory involvement spans organisational wellbeing, academic quality, community leadership, and public mental health initiatives. Dr Lee currently serves on the Editorial Board of the Asian Journal of Social Psychology and is a Full Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID).

Beyond academia and consulting, he is actively involved in community and psychosocial wellbeing initiatives, including grassroots mental wellbeing programmes and Psychological First Aid (PFA) awareness efforts relating to community resilience and mental health literacy.
