This planned leader track focuses on how managers and organisational leaders can respond supportively while respecting role boundaries, confidentiality, escalation needs and organisational processes.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, participants should be able to:

  2. Navigate confidentiality, documentation, escalation and organisational responsibilities.
  3. Create psychologically safer conditions for help-seeking and early support.
