Important appointment context

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, GACG Collaborative Network appointments are not employment, payroll appointments, partnerships, agency appointments, or authority to bind GACG. Roles may be affiliate, project-based, or course-specific depending on the appointment. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that they are permitted to undertake any proposed affiliate, project-based, course-specific, or remunerated work. Any remuneration, fee, revenue share, or profit-sharing arrangement is subject to applicable laws, project terms, client terms, conflict checks, and separate written approval. GACG is currently operated as a sole proprietorship, with a view to incorporation in due course.
