These are curated collaboration pathways for people who may wish to contribute with GACG across consulting, academy, operations or advisory work.

Important appointment context

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, GACG Collaborative Network appointments are not employment, payroll appointments, partnerships, statutory directorships, agency appointments, or authority to bind GACG. Roles may be affiliate, project-based, voluntary, advisory, or course-specific depending on the appointment. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that they are permitted to undertake any proposed collaboration with GACG, including voluntary, advisory, affiliate, project-based, course-specific, or remunerated work. Any remuneration, honorarium, fee, revenue share, or profit-sharing arrangement is subject to applicable laws, project terms, client terms, conflict checks, and separate written approval. GACG is currently operated as a sole proprietorship, with a view to incorporation in due course.

These are supervised experiential learning or intern-style roles. Unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise, they do not create employment, payroll status, CPF contributions, statutory leave or benefits, minimum hours, allowance, stipend, agency authority, or guaranteed future employment. Any paid internship, traineeship, honorarium, stipend, expense reimbursement, project fee, confidentiality obligation, intellectual-property treatment, supervision scope, or workplace arrangement will be documented separately. Participants must not represent, commit, speak for, or bind GACG unless expressly authorised in writing.

The Advisory Board is non-statutory and advisory only. It does not constitute appointment as a company director, ACRA officer, employee, partner, agent, fiduciary decision-maker, management representative, or authorised signatory of GACG. Advisory input is non-binding unless separately agreed in writing. Public listing, title usage, confidentiality obligations, conflicts, advisory scope, and any honorarium or reimbursement arrangements will be handled through appropriate written confirmation.
