Global Alliance Consultancy Group

Connected thinking for better organisations.

We unite governance, people and analytics to turn evidence into confident, practical action.

Our foundation

Our mission

Design better organisations through a connected view of how they work.

We connect boards, policy, management, culture and people. Evidence guides how we diagnose, decide and deliver, with people at the centre.

How we work

Our values

The standards behind our work.

  1. 01
    Rigour in action

We ground every recommendation in credible research, tested reasoning and decisive action—without relying on hype or unsupported claims.

  2. 02
    Technology with purpose

We actively examine and incorporate useful technological advances—not for novelty, but where they can improve insight, access, quality or execution.

  3. 03
    Contextual agility

We do not force organisations into one-size-fits-all or shelf-ready solutions. We adapt the approach to the institution, its people and the realities of implementation.

  4. 04
    Systematic practice

We work methodically: defining the problem, examining the system, making assumptions visible, and linking decisions to evidence and accountable follow-through.

Independent Advisory Board

Independent perspectives. Specialist guidance.

Advisory Board members bring external expertise across governance, legal and compliance, audit and financial oversight, and professional education. Their appointments are non-statutory: they advise and challenge, but do not hold executive authority or bind GACG.

GACG Affiliate Network

Expertise brought in for the work.

GACG engages affiliate capability for defined consulting, delivery and learning needs. These appointments complement—not replace—executive accountability.

  • ConsultingAffiliate Consultants
  • DeliveryAffiliate Executives
  • CurriculumAffiliate Course Leads
  • LearningAffiliate Instructors

Affiliate appointments support defined work and do not displace GACG's executive responsibility for quality, conduct and outcomes.
