Sean is an organisational psychologist, strategic advisor and higher-education leader whose work centres on how institutions govern people-related risks, decisions and systems. He founded GACG to bring analytical rigour, organisational context and implementation realism into the same conversation.

His advisory work spans workforce wellbeing, organisational diagnostics, people analytics, leadership and governance-aware strategy. Across engagements, he helps leaders clarify the real decision, distinguish evidence from assumption and build practical routes from insight to action.
