Dr Sean Lee is the Founder and Head of Group of Global Alliance Consultancy Group (GACG). He holds a PhD and MSc in Psychology, an MBA, and a Specialist Diploma in Statistics and Data Mining, and is a member of SID, ICDM, and SPS, as well as a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Trained in organisational psychology, people analytics, and evidence-based decision-making, Sean’s work spans governance, workplace wellbeing, human capital, organisational effectiveness, leadership, and the practical use of measurement in organisational decisions. He has held leadership, academic, advisory, and board-related roles across higher education, research, community, and professional settings.
Sean has undertaken directorial training with SID and SSM, and contributes to governance and community work through board appointments, grassroots leadership, and the nation's Mental Health Group’s Panel of Professional Advisors. His perspectives have also been featured in media and public-facing professional discussions on workforce, wellbeing, leadership, and organisational issues.
