What is retained
Fixed-choice answers, calculated results, the assessment and consent versions, completion time, submission time and a random response code.
A brief anonymous four-signal reflection on your recent wellbeing pattern. This public web-light tool is deliberately separate from GACG's proprietary professional assessment and advisory work.
This voluntary, web-light self-check is for personal reflection, immediate feedback and improvement of GACG's public services. It is for working adults aged 18 or over. It is not a diagnostic or clinical assessment, medical advice, a population-normed test, or the proprietary GACG Wellbeing Scorecard.
Fixed-choice answers, calculated results, the assessment and consent versions, completion time, submission time and a random response code.
No name, email, employer or organisation, Portal account, IP address, device or browser details, referrer, or free-text response.
For website benchmarks, aggregate trends, service improvement and aggregated observations in future GACG Insights articles. Comparisons describe self-selected website respondents—not population or representative organisational norms. Individual responses and identities will not be published.
Routine hosting security and access logs may be processed separately, but GACG does not combine them with survey answers for respondent profiling. This public service is not currently being conducted as academic research or a formal human-participant study. If GACG later proposes formal research, that purpose will be assessed prospectively rather than inferred from this consent.
