Participation and data notice
Before you begin
This voluntary, web-light self-check helps adults who are sufficiently familiar with an organisation reflect on its perceived wellbeing readiness. It is not an organisational audit, certification, legal or professional advice, or the proprietary GACG Wellbeing Scorecard. Your result reflects one person's current visibility and should not be treated as an official organisational finding or used alone for employment decisions.
What is retained
Fixed-choice answers, calculated results, the assessment and consent versions, completion time, submission time and a random response code.
What is not in the survey dataset
No name, email, employer or organisation, Portal account, IP address, device or browser details, referrer, or free-text response.
How anonymous results may be used
For website benchmarks, aggregate trends, service improvement and aggregated observations in future GACG Insights articles. Comparisons describe self-selected website respondents—not population or representative organisational norms. Individual responses and identities will not be published.
Routine hosting security and access logs may be processed separately, but GACG does not combine them with survey answers for respondent profiling. This public service is not currently being conducted as academic research or a formal human-participant study. If GACG later proposes formal research, that purpose will be assessed prospectively rather than inferred from this consent.
