For individuals
Four recent wellbeing signals plus separate work and life satisfaction indicators.
GACG Consulting · Singapore
Multilevel review, intervention and context-specific measurement for organisations that want to move beyond isolated talks, wellness activities and individual resilience programmes.

GACG treats workplace wellbeing as a property of the system as well as the individual. We examine how board oversight, policy, work design, workflows, resources, organisational structure, culture, team norms and management practices shape employee experience and sustainable performance. Where measurement is required, GACG can apply a context-specific approach rather than imposing the same instrument suite everywhere.

Signature Framework
Better wellbeing conversations avoid blame. They ask what each level can reasonably influence, where accountability should sit, and how the levels interact.
Risk oversight, sustainability, governance, values, strategic priorities and resourcing.
Policy, job and work design, workflows, resources, measurement, organisational structure and culture.
Norms around communication, respect, inclusion, coordination, conflict, workload sharing and recovery.
Workload conversations, role clarity, day-to-day support, early intervention, escalation and referral.
Self-awareness, recovery, boundaries, help-seeking and appropriate use of available support.
Many wellbeing programmes begin with activities. GACG begins with diagnosis: what is happening, at which level, why it persists, what evidence is available, and what each level of the organisation can realistically change.
Where measurement is in scope, GACG configures the work around the organisational question and decision needs rather than deploying a standard instrument bundle. The detailed methodology remains confidential.
The intended outcome is a prioritised, governance-aware plan that connects wellbeing to work design, psychosocial risk, performance, retention, culture and organisational effectiveness. Talks, workshops and individual programmes can then be used where they add value, within a wider system response.

Regional Delivery
GACG is based in Singapore and supports selected engagements in Malaysia, Indonesia and internationally. Scoping considers local employment realities, organisational culture, data-protection expectations and the practical conditions in which recommendations must be implemented.
We begin with a confidential scoping discussion to clarify the organisational decision, desired outcomes, stakeholders, existing evidence, operational constraints and the level of support required. Where appropriate, a proprietary GACG framework may inform the engagement; detailed methods remain confidential. The resulting scope may be a focused review, a wider advisory engagement, a measurement project, a capability pathway or a phased combination.
