Named GACG Consulting Framework

GACG IASi

A GACG framework connecting Intended State, Actual State and Sustainable Improvement.

Intended State · Actual State · Sustainable Improvement

Framework Positioning

A clear line of sight from organisational intent to workable change.

GACG IASi is used when an organisational question cannot be understood through one survey, policy, workshop or structural change alone. It gives GACG a disciplined way to connect what the organisation is trying to achieve, what is happening in practice and what improvement can realistically be sustained.

The framework may operate across organisational structure and governance, people systems and policies, workflows and cross-functional interfaces, workplace wellbeing, measurement and implementation.

Public Framework Outline

Three states guide the engagement.

The public outline shows the organising logic. How each state is examined, evidenced and translated into recommendations is determined within the engagement.

01

Intended State

What the organisation is seeking, expecting or designed to achieve.

02

Actual State

What is occurring in practice across the relevant organisational system.

03

Sustainable Improvement

What can credibly bridge material gaps and remain workable over time.

Why GACG

Multidisciplinary judgement, not mechanical framework application.

IASi is most valuable when the organisational question crosses formal arrangements, human behaviour, evidence and implementation.

What GACG brings

Organisational and psychological depth

Doctoral-level understanding of human processes combined with organisational design and governance perspective.

Research-grade evidence

Psychometric and analytical reasoning where measurement is relevant, without reducing the question to a dashboard.

Systems and implementation fluency

Recommendations shaped around how roles, workflows, technology and accountability must work together.

Context-sensitive design

The framework is adapted to the organisation’s purpose, maturity, constraints and decision needs rather than applied as a standard checklist.

Commercial-in-Confidence Detail

Further detail is provided in commercial-in-confidence engagement materials.

This page explains IASi’s purpose, three-state logic and areas of application. More detailed information on how GACG applies the framework, the evidence required and the resulting engagement design will be provided in commercial-in-confidence engagement materials prepared for the defined scope. The underlying methods and working materials remain proprietary to GACG.

Applied Through Consulting

Where IASi may be applied

IASi is used selectively when the organisational question spans more than one layer of the system.

Speak with GACG about whether IASi is appropriate for the organisational question you are addressing.
